 Use this tool to check your refund. Your refund status will appear around:

• 24 hours after you e-file a current-year return
• 3 or 4 days after you e-file a prior-year return
• 4 weeks after you file a paper return

If your address has changed, you need to notify the IRS to ensure you receive any tax refunds or IRS correspondence. There are several ways to notify the IRS of an address change 

Pay your tax balance due, estimated payments or part of a payment plan. Penalties and interest will continue to grow until you pay the full balance. 

You can access your personal tax records online or by mail, including transcripts of past tax returns, tax account information, wage and income statements, and verification of non-filing letters. 

You can upload documents to the IRS to respond to an IRS notice or letter. Don’t submit tax returns through this tool, we cannot process them.
